Dr.
Hilaire Wood Fisher is a board-certified member of the
American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a
fellowship-trained Urogynecologist and Pelvic Reconstructive
Surgeon at the Women’s Pelvic Health & Continence Center.
Urogynecology is a subspecialty crossover between
Urology and Ob/Gyn and focuses on issues relating to
female pelvic health.
Dr. Fisher has extensive training in advanced
reconstructive gynecologic surgery and specializes
in the evaluation and treatment of numerous Pelvic
Floor Disorders (PFD). She completed a three year
fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive
Pelvic Surgery at the Women’s Pelvic Health &
Continence Center and The Woman’s Hospital of Texas

Dr. Fisher advocates educating women about
pelvic floor dysfunction and strives to diagnose and
treat patients utilizing minimally invasive medical
and surgical modalities for the following:
- Surgical and medical management of Urinary
Incontinence
- Childbirth and Pregnancy related PFD.
(Obstructive labor injury complex and fistula
repair)
- Pelvic Organ Prolapse management
- Voiding Dysfunction
- Overactive Bladder
- Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection
- Interstitial Cystitis (Painful Bladder
Syndrome)
- Congenital Malformations
- Pelvic Pain
- Health conditions affecting Sexual Intimacy
Dr. Fisher is a member of numerous professional
societies and has presented, both nationally and
internationally, at Urogynecology symposiums. She
serves as a volunteer faculty member at The
University of Texas Health Science Center where she
enjoys working with Ob/Gyn Residents.
Along with her caring staff, Dr. Fisher looks
forward to helping you regain confidence and
control- and help you live life to the fullest.
Dr. Fisher and her husband, Will, reside in
Houston.
