The Women's Pelvic Health and Continence Center- About Us

The Women's Pelvic Health & Continence Center is Houston's first Urogynecology & Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery Center and the only center staffed solely by fellowship-trained physicians.  Our patients enjoy the comprehensive service and unique individualized approach we take with each patient.  Our doctors and dedicated staff seek to provide you with the highest level of care for your gynecologic and urogynecologic needs.

Our offices are located both in the Medical Center Area and the Bay Area.  The Medical Center office is staffed by Drs. Cathey, Lotze, and Wood.  Our nurse practitioner, Joleen Bishop, sees patients in our Medical Center Area office.  The Bay Area office is staffed by Dr. Miller-Miles.

First visit? If you are coming to see us for the first time and have not yet filled out a personal medical questionnaire packet, you can download your doctor's questionnaire by clicking on the "Patient Forms" button at the bottom of the first page. Please make sure you fill out every page. If you are unable to do so before your visit, the visit may have to be rescheduled.  If you have any questions about the questionnaire or need clarification about what to fill out, please do not hesitate to contact us (713-512-7800).
